I have several clients running my vfp9 sp2 application on Win2003 (2008, 2012, etc) server with workstations connected with RDP. This is great because the performance is much better than a regular network connection. Also, you can use old computers for the workstation with no degradation in performance. In the past few years, we have been moving the servers to the cloud by outsourcing. This avoids having the client purchase and maintain expensive server hardware. If the internet connection is pretty fast, then the clients don't complain about the performance.

My question is about price and quality of the outsourced cloud server. There are many cheap Linux cloud vendors. But we need to be able to access with RDP so we need a Windows server. The 2003 standard windows version is much like XP and easy to support. One vendor charges almost $90/mo for a 4 user system. This has been very reliable with no downtime in almost 4 years. Another vendor charges $21/mo for a 2 user system. Can anyone recommend a vendor for a 2-5 user Windows cloud server?
