I also question the premise. Sure, the list was started as a Foxpro resource. But now? Of the people still hanging on, I suspect it is more for the virtual friendships we have made. I'm surprised how many actual VFP issues there actually are. How many of us still rely on the Fox as our primary development tool? How many of us spend the majority of our day working in it? Of those, is there anyone actually building new programs with it? Most must be adding features to legacy apps or trying to un-break stuff that M$ breaks. I sure don't touch it much. I have several VFP apps I wrote in back in the early 90s that are still in use. Every once in a while, one of those folks asks me a question, most likely something like "I can't remember how to configure a workstation." I have my own billing/scheduling system I wrote 20+ years ago. I have one client (for which I do a project once per year) which I wrote in VFP. Other than that, I just don't touch it. You?
