There may not be chapters on grid changes in the New In 8 & 9 books but the info there covers what are, imho, the best grid changes; UI stuff like allowcellselection, highlightrow, lockcolumn, autosize. Using bindevents and gridhittest allows you to avoid putting the same code into each textbox, etc. And grids are Rushmore aware in 9 so you can get some significant performance improvements.
