Thanks for all the quick input folks! Virgil - I don't think the client would be too thrilled to have to open the Excel file - do an export - and THEN run some import within our system. But, I will keep this possibility in mind as an option - especially since it may be cheaper and easier to implement than doing Automation...

The main problem I see - is that the Spreadsheet has Multiple Tabs/Pages - and so I'm assuming you can NOT to a Simple data Import into VFP from Excel if this is the case. Am I right?
