IIRC you have to go onto the properties of the CHM file and tell Windows you 
trust it.

Good Morning All,

Just installed VP9 on a Windows 7 64-bit machine.  During the installation 
process,  as I remember I updated the help file to support SP2,  or something 
along those lines.

In any event,  if I issue the command Help whatever,  I can see the index but 
unable to open any of the contents.

What am I missing?
