In the "Options to Prevent Crashes When User Shuts Down
Computer", there was a nice bit of serendipity. What other cases
have you had of this?
My boss reported a bug in invoicing. He had tried invoicing
something on the suspense account to test something, and the
invoicing failed due to a bad filename. I was doing a big revamp in
that area and I had just earlier identified that problem, solved it,
and had an iteration in-progress that worked in that area that I was
just about to send.
