I just recorded a lecture with my android phone, leaving the thing sitting in my lap the whole time. The result is a very faint, marginally understandable speaker plus very loud interruptions from when I shifted my legs etc... So now I'd like to edit it into something useful. A friend recommended the Audacity program which looks great, but the problem is, among all the features, I still don't know what I want to do since since I'm totally new at this and unfamiliar with the terms and lingo.
