Thanks for the lead.  Some of my clients are in W7 32.  Most are still in
XP.

If this is the case, Win7 has some pretty good postscript drivers built in.
You need the Ghostscript PPD file from:
<http://svn.ghostscript.com/ghostscript/tags/ghostscript-9.00/lib/ghostpdf.p
pd>

and then follow the instructions at:
