Yes, the database is SQLite and I hold it on the external SDCard on a Samsung 
Galaxy 2 7" tablet. The database is Loaded up from our SQL server wirelessly 
with about 500Mb of data which is then used to verify each product whilst doing 
the stocktake as WIFI isn't available in the warehouses. On return the stock 
take information us automatically drawn down back to the server (again wifi) 
and processed as stock transactions.

I wasn't gotin got do the data transfer wirelessly as on the old system 
(Windows PDA) it was both slow and unreliable, but on the Galaxy it just flies 
along and hence removes the requirement to either read the data via a USB 
connection or to read the SDCard in an external reader.
