Yeah, this is just a simplistic app that calculates the brute force time to guess a password depending on the complexity of the range of characters you use and then number of them. And makes a conservative (very low) guess as to how fast passwords can be guessed.
The reality is that most passwords are cracked because they are common (google 'Rainbow tables'), or they're found by cracking other websites or tricking you into revealing yours.
