options - ide tab - auto indent -- now the left margin is readable...

I must have looked a half dozen times and missed that one...

Subject: print prg

When I print a prg I lose the first 2 lines and the first column. If I add
2 lines to the top and a space for a left margin the first line appears
properly in the very upper left corner of the page.

Is there a way to control things like the top and left offsets when printing
a prg?

The odd behavior began a week or so ago. I have tested other files and the
problem seems to be limited to prg files. I reinstalled the driver but
nothing changed.

Any ideas?
