Did you see Jim's message that PEM Editor is now dependent on Thor? So, you'll need to download Thor from CodePlex and run Thor.app, then let it (Thor) install PEM Editor through its Check for Updates mechanism.
Thor brings many modern IDE enhancement and refactoring tools to VFP, so it's well worth going through then setup process. I can no long work in the VFP IDE without my Thor tools.
