what is the % of blacks in america? Aborigines make up a massive 1.5% (and declining) percentage of the population. we've had ONE female PM and guess what... women make up 50.3% of the population. USA on the other hand hasnt even put one up for election yet. I know that the notion of comparative statistics probably runs contrary to your usual 'thinking' patterns.
