Hi guys A short time ago I noticed that an exe built in SP2 with SP1 runtimes had a problem that seemed to be around looking for directories or to do with vfpencryption.fll. Once it was figured that the runtimes must be 7423 for SP2 exe it worked fine. However I have one windows 7 (sigh) laptop that has SP2 runtimes in the common files area but only works with an SP1 exe. The SP2 exe has the problem associated with mismatch runtimes. This has got me somewhat confused as it has worked with all other PC's either XP or 7, except this machine. Only thing I can think of is the c++ runtimes. Anyway does anyone have a clue what's going on here. One client says he turned of UAC, ran the program and turned UAC back on again. Al
