Hey there Ajoy,

Sorry to hear about your dilemma. The one option is if you can get ahold
of a CD Image - and using that Image - you can burn it onto a new CD to
create an install CD.

Although - I am not sure if I can actually help you out with that. In
fact, I own XP Pro - but, I have the 64-bit version, which is probably
NOT what you have. Am I right?

Also - I don't really know how to generate a CD image. But, maybe if you
did a search on the Net for a CD Image of what you are looking for -
maybe you can get some hits.

Sorry I can't be more helpful...

Hi,

My Win XP system crashed and when I tried to reinstall the CD seems to
be
corrupt as it
appears scratched. I do not have back up CD as I had tried once to copy
it
but got some
error so left it at that. From the internet I have found out that I need
the same version for
the product key to work.

Where can I download the same? Over here very few people buy original
software so as
far as I know no one who I know in my vicinity will have such a cd.

Anything will help. Microsoft helpline curtly said that its a dead
product
and they do not have
a copy of the media available which I can use.
