I just got an email saying one of my domains was about to expire soon. It wants me to renew for one year from May 19, 2012 to May 19,2013 for $75.00. First of all, I just registered a new domain for $75 for FIVE years. Why would I give the scammer $75 for ONE year. Also I checked http://www.whois.com/whois and the domain in question doesn't expire until Sep 23, 2013. I use two domain registrars that I trust so far - Hover.com & Easyhosting.com
So this is a heads up to check whois on any of your domains.
