I know I had some production issues with one of my MBSS clients a few 
years ago where the fix was to change to InnoDB instead of MyISAM, and 
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the speed difference between the 
two was negligible so I opted for reliability.  There was logic used in 
my deciding to use the InnoDB engine...albeit from a few years old logic.
