I think it was George Goley who at DevCon used to refer to Power Point as 
"Power Pig", "a hardware justification device" and "an excuse to buy more RAM". 
   His sessions always had 3 slides: "Welcome/intro", "Who am I", and "Thanks 
for attending".  He always got them all out of the way in the first 15 seconds, 
then it was on to the material.

Man do I miss those conferences.  Those were some good times. :)
