Excellent point, that's already worked twice for me with different companies.   
They have a sales or marketing guy manning the page and he'll jump through a 
hoop to help you.  

We tried to get our money back from a mail order company and tried 3 different 
times with 3 different operators, and they all refused to issue a return 
authorization.  I went onto their Facebook page and posted the complete story 
and literally within minutes it was taken care of.

I notice that Motley Fool have a FaceBook page. What I would suggest is
'liking' that page, then start posting comments about 'why can't I
unsuscribe' and so on on their timeline. I guarantee you they'll be
falling over themselves to sort it out. I did this recently with my
broadband provider. They hate the bad publicity.
