Not sure about comparing just the memo fields, but you can easily
compare the entire record(s), including the memo fields:
local oSaveRec, oNewRec
select OldFile
scatter memo name oSaveRec
select NewFile
scatter memo name oNewRec
if not compobj(oSaveRec, oNewRec)
*-- Something changed.
endif
The compobj call is very, very fast.
