I'll check it during my next visit at client site. But I don't think
this is the case. Before the actual file replacement, a form appears to ask
the user if s/he wants to upgrade or postpone the operation. Answering YES
the file is replaced. In this case apparently nothing happens, the flow goes
straight to the execution of MyApp.exe, bypassing all the steps. And with no
errors whatsoever! AppUpdate uses 2 dlls made by Craig (vfpconnection and
vfpcompression), my suspects point to these ones, but don't know if this is
really the case.

Does the standard user have the necessary NTFS rights to the folder where
the exe is going to be overwritten?
