I haven't done a conversion since version 7.0, so are there any hints or recommendations before I undertake this conversion? Are there any third-party products to make the job easier and/or better? As always, the client wants to do in the least expensive way possible. The last time I converted there was quite a bit of clean up. Re-writing this program from scratch is not an option.
