Nope that isn't it.  Long story made short is SBT and Company01 were
working fine(10+ years on this).  They got a new customer for
logistics stuff and just do shipping and that is run through SBT
company 03.

They took an existing shipping station on line for 01 and reset the
ODBC to 03.  I made a new folder of the same sever for this new dbc
container.  That folder is mapped as K:\ and outside of the pathing
K:\blabal\shipping.dbc is the only thing not like e:\shipping.dbc that
works for Company 01.
