I use Beam Your Screen which offers a no install viewer of your desktop and also you can have them install the software and you can control their computer. I think this is the best I have used but it is $375 a year. They just released a Linux version. Yeah! Crossloop has been my other favorite. A lot cheaper. About $70 per year. If you can connect peer to peer it is the best, but I have found that a lot of connections go through the servers which is quite slow! Crossloop does have excellent customer service though. So I am Beam Your Screen& Crossloop unless someone shows me something better.
