As much as I would like to lay claim to a solution, I suspect my TXTing (SMS system) is not what you're looking for.
I would love to see a small app that works a little like NET SEND and broadcast a message to all users on the network. I have created a system that does this but all users need to "log-in" to my very small app 1st thing in the morning. Guess what, they don't always do so, so when I use to ask everyone to do something, I get the grizzles, "I didn't know about it" This small app WAS very simple, and then I kept adding to it.......
