Last I checked, there's little to nothing that will read Microsoft's
proprietary Visio formats with 100% fidelity. If you have Visio, you
can save into one of the alternative formats, like their XML or
AutoCAD formats, and often get the majority of a diagram.

For Linux, there's also Dia for diagramming and Inkscape for
structured drawings (sorto like Illustrator) which can each make some
kinds of diagrams. OmniGraffle (cheap but not free) on the Mac
platform is pretty good at reading Visio's XML export and is a useful
little tool.
