When I was working with Gov systems i was able to join this webinar.

The focus was HOW to work TOGETHER wiht gov data between gov agencies.
 City, county, State and Fed.

I then started following a few people on twitter who were dong this on
the Fed side.

These tweets seemed to show that what he was quoted saying in that
Linked in Article "And fourth, the most important opportunity was to
tap into the ingenuity of the American people. For too long,
Washington was designed with a view that Washington has a monopoly on
the best thinking, and the reality is, it doesn't. So we wanted to use
technology to tap into the millions of Americans who want to create a
