They sent that girl, what's-her-name Monica Lewinski-something, to the White House with instructions to suck Bubba off and spit some of his semen onto her dress, then pretend it was a love affair and commiserate to a girlfriend Linda Trip or whatever and finally give up the goods to a subpoena and a DNA test.
