No, I haven't. Is that a part of the full Acrobat package? - and in that case - is it freely distributable?
I added the control to a form and set it to invisible. Then used the loadfile and printpages methods to send it to print. The version 6 and version 7 launch a confirmation dialog "script is trying to print, is that ok?" or words to that effect
