Don't be *too* impressed. When we (the Sun Health Foundation, Inc.) asked M$ for help they would only give *us* help in a certain way. It turned out that going with their plan, "help" from M$ would have left our organization $40,000 poorer and M$ $40,000 richer - plus tax write-offs.

Oh, if we were in Africa or something, rather than helping US poor and/or sick, then perhaps it might have been different, though I doubt it.
