Michael, No it isnt anything to do with anti virus. You can log almost anything with it. Internet access pages, Emaills sent, IRC visits etc etc. All the work is done in the background so the end user has NO IDEA that the PC is being monitored. Unless this is done for a specific reason e.g finding Internet abuse, or illegal downloads I cant see any reason to install it on a PC and I guess that it would infringe a number of rights (at least here in the UK). Should it be used without the users knowledge.
I have installed it once (about 6 months ago) and all the employees were told that it was being rolled out. Subsequently the product was removed (without telling them I may add) in the hopw that the threat of being "caught" would be enough. Just as a matter of interest it does generate a sh*t load of data if you activate all thy options and it slows down the PC - at least it did on 1.6GHz Celerons.
