More on ICE tracking app -- fakes and challenges
Reportedly now #3 on iOS app store. Apparently fake versions are showing
up on Android Play Store -- there are no official ones for Android at
this time.
There are reports of pro-ICE fake sightings being posted to the actual
app in an attempt at confounding data, suggesting that some sort of
reputational scoring system will probably be needed, which would be
challenging (but not impossible) while maintaining anonymity of users.
