Dear Yusuke, You mean you want to add some paper size, but they are all custom paper size ? As I know, the UI print dialog can define different custom paper size in OS X and GNU/Linux. In command line, what can be done it give a custom size keyword and size in 72dpi. For example Custom.612.00x792.00, which is 8.5x11 inch(Letter).
