Fix duplicate section and minor formatting typos in compaction overview
While reviewing the compaction documentation, I noticed a duplicate section
and some minor formatting/grammatical issues.
Changes proposed:
1. Removed the duplicate `== Fully expired SSTables` section from
`overview.adoc` because it is already included via
`include::tombstones.adoc[leveloffset=+1]`.
2. Fixed AsciiDoc link rendering errors: replaced `<nodetool>` with standard
backticks and fixed the `<detailed-compaction-logging>` anchor link.
3. Fixed double "will" typo in the "Single SSTable tombstone compaction"
section.
4. Corrected the property name `only_purge_repaired_tombstone` to plural
`only_purge_repaired_tombstones`.
5. Fixed minor punctuation (`.:`) and grammar ("and and") typos in
`tombstones.adoc`.
