Hi All,

I just switched the OpenBSD/powerpc ports (macppc and socppc) over to
the "new" Secure-PLT. This improves the W^X support. If you're not
following -current closely, you might want to avoid updating from
source and install a snapshot instead.

If you decide to update from source, make sure your ld.so is recent
(less than two weeks old or so). If not, build a new ld.so first.
Then simply do a make build twice to make sure all components are
properly switched.

Old binaries will continue to work, but will not enjoy the benefits of
better W^X.

Cheers,

Mark
