There is no '4xx' response for DNSBL listed clients unless you have
configured 'soft_bounce = yes'.
When a client is listed with a DNSBL, the postscreen response is
determined by the postscreen_dnsbl_action parameter value ('drop' and
'enforce' means respond with 5xx, 'ignore' means do nothing).
