I am a little bit confused).
Zenddesk sends email to the O365, which in turn sends it to your postfix,
and you want postfix to relay it to the final destination, right?
What MTA ("mail servers") do you have?
What clients (apps, users etc) do you have?
What are their settings?
Which task are you trying to solve?
