Noted. But this is still not a match-list, just a parameter-specific,
value-only "include-lite" hack. Thus semantically distinct from, e.g.,
"mydestination", "relay_domains", "virtual_alias_domains",
"virtual_mailbox_domains", and various other match-lists.
