Sorry, this is old, but I've just seen this message and I had the
same error in July 2017:

This error also suddenly appeared (the system logs did not show
anything special before these errors), and restarting postfix did not
help. But everything was fine after a reboot. I could never find the
cause (there were IPv6 networking issues at that time, but I don't see
how this could be related) and I could never reproduce this problem.
