Sorry, this is old, but I've just seen this message and I had the same error in July 2017: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=869075 This error also suddenly appeared (the system logs did not show anything special before these errors), and restarting postfix did not help. But everything was fine after a reboot.
