No, I've not been tracking this lately.

This is up to Wietse, he's been the last one to update the code in
question, so I think he has first call on how to proceed.

I'll leave that question to Wietse.  My take is that we should
recognize "IN MX 0 ." as a permanent "mail not accepted" indication.
