Last Fall, Viktor posted a patch that introduced a new %<c> substitution
that I thought would be very useful for my setup. From his original e-mail:

It looks like it might not have gained enough interest, though, so I
figured I'd e-mail here to determine its status. Are there any plans for it
to make its way into the official postfix sources, or was there not enough
interest in it?
