In the pcre_table manpage is a very old example to block mail to
majordomo "internal-only" aliases. It would be used like this:

/etc/postfix/main.cf:
    smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
        permit_mynetworks
        ...
        reject_unauth_destination
        ...
        check_recipient_access pcre:/etc/postfix/pcre

/etc/postfix/smtpd_access.pcre:
    # Protect your outgoing majordomo exploders
    /^(?!owner-)(.*)-outgoing@(.*)/ 550 Use ${1}@${2} instead

You can adopt standard majordomo address convention, or you can
update the regular expression.
