You know, Matthew, there's no need to be an ass. Why not just not
answer? Does being so rude make you feel good about yourself because
you get to pose within the community?  People like you are the problem
with the community. I think I'll just go to another project that has
people who are actually willing to help instead of thinking it makes
them cool to be snarky and rude. Let me guess...you don't care, right?
Because "not caring" makes you even cooler!

You should be ashamed of yourself and the community should be ashamed
for allowing you to act this way to new people.
