Use a policy service, such as postfwd, to set up rate limit and
daily limit for each account/each server.

Use amavisd-new/spamassassin/clamav/clamav-Sanesecurity addon
signatures to scan outbound mail.

Create a system to alert you when something is detected.


We've had a handful of accounts get hacked over the years and (so
far anyway) have been able to catch them before getting blacklisted.
