Thanks Patrick,

This is an outbound mail relay only, it doesn't serve incoming mail, so it 
only needs to act on RCPT TO domain information?  Unless I'm 
mis-understanding the config.  I'll have a look on the amavisd-new mailing 
list archives for more information!
