When cyrus claims an "unexpected internal error", regardless of
what Postfix sends, there is an internal error in Cyrus. Had Cyrus
complained about the message content, one might speculate that Postfix
was sending something malformed, but this is not the case.

The problem is deeper. You need more detailed logging from Cyrus.
