There is *no* queue ID until Postfix accepts the sender and
at least one recipient. In the above case the sender is rejected.

Thanks Wietse for your explanation, you have solved my problem!

in milter-greylist I can set a rule for inspect only "RCPT stage of the SMTP transaction" but it is also possibile "to have ACL evaluated at the DATA stage of the SMTP transaction, using the dacl keyword" (from man greylist.conf).

Now the "milter-reject" log is at the cleanup stage.
