I've removed the null_sender from master.cf but can't see any change
in the Return-Path of the NDR's

Adjusting the flags to your needs. Make sure that the transport
recipient for this transport limit is correctly set to 1.
This will correctly generate:

when the original message is a bounce.
I don't get it, whatever I put in I just keep getting:
Return-Path: <MAILER-DAEMON>
As firs line off the header.
