Example:

/etc/postfix/main.cf:
authorized_only =
    check_sender_access proxy:mysql:whatever 
    check_sender_access pcre:/etc/postfix/redirect-all.pcre

pcre:/etc/postfix/redirect-all.pcre:
. REDIRECT u...@example.com
