Thanks for the information. I hesitated between postscreen and
postfwd, and chose postscreen to see if this were sufficient. Now
I have postfwd in my TODO list. I suppose that it's better to use
it in addition to postscreen, as the results from the RBLs should
be cached.

BTW, if I understand correctly what has been said earlier, DEFER would
be better than REJECT as the reverse_client_name==unknown error may be
temporary.
